The hospitality at this hotel is a mixed bag. While one staff member expertly navigated a bustling checkout scene, not all interactions were so warm. The overall vibe lacked attention, making it feel more like a budget stay than a premium one. Expect friendly faces but be prepared for some rough edges.

The breakfast spread was very nice, tons of choices that made it hard to pick just one! Plus, the staff was impressively attentive-it felt like they knew just what I needed before I even asked!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the quality, I’d say it’s still reasonable enough.

I had a great time with my friends during our stay! We visited a fun amusement park and enjoyed the water attractions and rides. The scenic views of the lake. The rooms were comfy, and the restaurant had amazing food. Just remember, while the area is a bit out of the way, it’s totally worth it for a fun getaway.

We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the pool. it could really use a better sanitizing process. It made us a bit hesitant to enjoy it fully.
